Linklaters is advising Audi as it acquires a stake in existing team Sauber Motorsport to enter the world of Formula 1.
Audi AG “plans to acquire a stake” in Swiss racing team Sauber, as well as joining as a “strategic partner” with Sauber, as it targets a debut at the 2026 Formula 1 World Championship, according to a statement from Linklaters.
