White & Case Launches Madrid Litigation Practice with Ex-Linklaters Hire

White & Case has established a new commercial litigation practice in Madrid, hiring a former longtime Linklaters partner for the launch.

Litigator Francisco Málaga joins the firm having left Linklaters in July after a 13-year term. The new Madrid practice that he will be a part of will focus on high profile litigation, according to a White & Case statement.
