Davis Polk & Wardwell, Slaughter and May, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Han Kun Law Offices are among the firms advising Chinese technology and entertainment conglomerate, Tencent Holdings, on the secondary Hong Kong listing of its subsidiary, Tencent Music Entertainment Group.
Shenzhen-based Tencent Music is the largest online music entertainment platform in China by monthly active users. It operates three of China’s most popular online music streaming apps—QQ Music, Kugou Music and Kuwo Music—and also the mobile karaoke app WeSing.
