Kennedys has confirmed the firm is increasing pay for its newly qualified (NQ) lawyers from £50,000 to £80,000.
The uplift, which takes effect on September 1, puts the firm in line with its insurance rivals, and comes as firms continue their efforts to attract talent within the context of a fiercely competitive pay war.
