Offshore Law Firm Ogier Enters Dublin Via Merger

Offshore law firm Ogier has launched in Dublin via a merger with a local firm, as firms continue to establish footholds in Ireland.

The merger with commercial law firm Leman Solicitors will from June operate in Ireland as Ogier Leman, the firms said in a statement.
