Abreu Advogados is expanding its reach locally and globally, absorbing a small business law firm in Porto that is a member of an alliance of independent law firms including Perkins Coie and Taylor Wessing.
The acquired firm, Acrlex Advogados, also known as Pessanha Costa Leite, brings a client list that includes national and international players in the wine sector, agriculture, distribution, textiles, renewable energies, transport and logistics or real estate and construction, according to Abreu.
