Novak Djokovic is being deported from Australia after the full bench of the Federal Court rejected the world number one ranked tennis player’s appeal to have his visa cancellation by the Immigration Minister overturned.

The Serbian tennis player was represented by local Australian firm Hall & Willcox, which had successfully had his initial visa cancellation overturned on January 10 before Immigration Minister Alan Hawke used his ministerial discretion to cancel the visa once again on January 14.
