Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has appointed Charles Gray managing partner of its office in Shanghai. He succeeds Kris Reed, who had served in that role since 2017.

Gray, who leads the firm’s Asia patent practice, has been with Kilpatrick for nearly 15 years and was a founding member of the Shanghai office when it opened in February 2012. His practice focuses on patent counseling and prosecution of both U.S. and international patent applications.
