Skadden Joins UK Duo on £4B Selfridges Sale

Three firms have bagged spots advising on the sale of luxury U.K. department store Selfridges Group.

In a statement on Friday, Thai retailer The Central Group announced it is acquiring Selfridges alongside Austrian property company Signa Holding.
