Mayer Brown has hired a team of investment funds lawyers from Eversheds Sutherland in Hong Kong. The team, led by partner Paul Moloney, includes counsel Helen Wang and an associate. All three will be joining Mayer Brown’s corporate and securities practice.
Moloney was Evershed’s’ head of investment funds and asset management practice in Asia. He advises clients on public and private investment fund formations, licensing matters, investments into funds and the distribution of funds across borders.
