Long queues again in front of the Blue Zone entrance on Tuesday morning. The day started with the rest of the speeches by heads of state on the second day of the Global Leaders Forum and discussions on the overnight progress on, methane, deforestation and Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Further declarations soon followed and the atmosphere is one of cautious enthusiasm.
