As several companies, including Royal Dutch Shell and Morrisons, are reported to be considering mandating vaccination or imposing policies that adversely impact non-vaccinated employees, what are the key considerations and implications for law firms and their employees in relation to vaccination?

The U.K. government has addressed mandatory vaccination in care settings, with legislation due to come into force on 11 November 2021. There is no current indication that it will be extended to office workers.
