UK Firm Joins Skadden on Big Ticket Netflix Deal for Roald Dahl’s Catalogue

Netflix’s latest acquisition has handed roles to Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Taylor Wessing, as the media giant strikes a deal with Roald Dahl’s estate.

Skadden is advising Netflix on the acquisition of The Roald Dahl Story Company Limited, which manages the literary works, copyrights and trademarks of author Roald Dahl, the firm announced on Thursday.
