Offshore law firm Harneys has added a partner to its investment funds practice in Hong Kong.
Yucheng Fan joins the British Virgin Islands-based firm after two years as an associate in the Hong Kong office of Cayman Islands-based firm Maples. He specializes in Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands fund matters, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, corporate capital funds, hedge funds, and unit trusts.
