Macfarlanes and Hogan Lovells have formalised their future office working policies, as the legal industry continues to shift towards a future that encompasses remote working as standard.

Macfarlanes is set to allow all members of staff and lawyers to work from home two days a week “subject to individual circumstances”, but a spokesperson added that for some roles, “there will be limits to what agile working options are practical and specific arrangements are in place.”
