Squire Launches London Funds Practice with Paul Hastings Hire

Squire Patton Boggs has hired from Paul Hastings to launch a funds offering in London, the firm announced on Tuesday.

Senior associate Steven Ward has joined Squire as a partner and will lead the development of a new funds practice, with a focus on “private equity, real estate, venture capital and debt funds”, a firm statement said.
