A&O Rebuilds London Leveraged Finance With Linklaters Partner Duo

Allen & Overy has moved to rebuild its London leveraged finance team after a series of heavyweight departures last year.

In a rare pick-up from U.K. rival Linklaters, the firm has added two partners. Annette Kurdian and Robert Burt join A&O after a respective 20 and 21 years at Linklaters.
