The value of the pipeline of court cases and cash held by the top U.K. litigation funders has reached £2 billion, according to data from U.K. law firm RPC.
The figure — which is based on assets held on balance sheet as opposed to third party funds advised or managed by litigation funders — has doubled in three years to hit the £2 billion point in 2020, the research based on litigation funder Companies House reports found.
