Credit Suisse (Switzerland) has named a new general counsel, part of a reshuffling of the legal roster at parent Credit Suisse Group after large losses related to the collapse of Archegos Capital Management.

Renato Costantini, 44, becomes general counsel for the group’s Swiss unit, where he will also be an executive board member of Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and of the Swiss Universal Bank division’s management committee operations.
