Latham Hires Longtime Linklaters Restructuring Partner in Madrid

Latham & Watkins has hired a longtime restructuring partner from Linklaters, the firm has announced.

Pedro de Rojas joins Latham’s Madrid office as a partner in its finance department and the restructuring and special situations practice, according to a firm statement on Monday. He leaves Linklaters after over 20 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
