Latest UK Law Firm Mulling IPO, Other Outside Investment

Irwin Mitchell is considering a potential initial public offering, and is in talks with advisers to discuss options for external investment, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

No decision has been taken by the firm yet, however one of the options being considered is a public listing, the person added, although they said that “all options are on the table”.
