Ashurst has hired partner Nicholas Mavrakis from local heavyweight firm Clayton Utz as it expands its disputes practice.
Mavrakis joins Ashurst as a Sydney-based partner in its disputes resolution practice and will also be the firm’s regional head of the bank industry, with a remit across the Asia-Pacific.
