Boies Schiller Flexner—the embattled firm that saw the departure of a third of its partners last year—saw a dramatic drop-off in revenue and profits per equity partner, putting in concrete terms the impact of several waves of departures over the last two years.

Gross revenue fell 38% year-over-year, from $405 million to $250 million. Net income dropped 54%, from $175 million to $80 million. Profits per equity partner fell 32.1%, from $3.37 million to $2.29 million.

The firm shed 41% of its total lawyer head count, from 300 attorneys to 177, and the equity partnership contracted from 52 to 35, or 32.7%. As the firm shrank in size, revenue per lawyer saw a 4.6% uptick, from $1.35 million to $1.41 million.
