Ropes Hits US Rival For Second London Lateral This Week

Ropes & Gray has hired a second partner to its London office in a week, bringing on board Schulte Roth & Zabel funds partner Emily Brown.

Brown joins Ropes after two and a half years at Schulte. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, she had been senior counsel at Macfarlanes. She will join Ropes in April 2021, the firm said in a statement on Thursday.
