Womble Bond Dickinson has appointed a new U.K. chair, succeeding partner Simon Richardson in the role.

Southampton-based partner Nick Barwood has taken over the role of U.K. chair from Simon Richardson who is retiring from the firm after almost 30 years, according to a statement. Richardson completed one three-year term as the firm’s U.K. chair.
