Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Linklaters have taken up key roles advising on a multi-million pound IPO of online review site Trustpilot.
The Copenhagen-based company is one of the first European firm to list in London so far this year, announcing its intentions on the London Stock Exchange on Monday. It intends to raise $50 million through new shares as part of the listing, according to the proposal.
