Weil Gotshal & Manges and Clifford Chance are among the firms advising on one of Continental Europe’s biggest initial public offerings in years.
InPost, a Polish e-commerce enablement platform, listed on Amsterdam’s Euronext exchange at a price that implies a market capitalisation of €8 billion. The offering represents a value of €2.8 billion, the stock exchange announcement said. Assuming the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the value of the IPO will amount to €3.2 billion in aggregate, it added.
