Car manufacturer Stellantis, the resulting company of the Fiat Chrysler-Peugeot tie-up, has named Giorgio Fossati as its general counsel.
Fossati, who has been general counsel for Fiat Chrysler since 2011, will retain the role for the merged entity while Grégoire Olivier, former Groupe PSA general counsel, has been named head of China, the company has announced.
