U.K.-based firm Memery Crystal has entered into an exclusive agreement with French M&A and private equity newcomer Fides Partners to launch a new private equity-focussed offering, the firms said in a joint statement on Tuesday.
Targeting the U.K. market, the new offering is designed as a one-stop shop for financial, legal and tax advice for the management teams of companies that are the targets of private equity-backed deals, the intention being to streamline the deal process by removing the need for multiple advisors, according to the statement.
