Linklaters has appointed a new head of energy and infrastructure for the Middle East region, the firm announced on Monday.
Matthew Keats has taken up the post in the region, following the retirement of former head Sarosh Mewawalla last year.
The partner relocated form the London base in November as part of the transfer.
