Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld’s London revenue rose 19% in 2020 in another strong year for the U.S. firm’s outpost despite the challenges of the pandemic.
Revenue for the office came in at $149.2 million, up 19% from $125.1 million in 2019. Chairwoman Kim Koopersmith said the firm brought on 10 laterals in London in 2019 and early in 2020, which contributed to the revenue growth.
