African law firm Bowmans has appointed a Webber Wentzel partner to its banking and finance department in South Africa.
Incoming partner Mark Kyle’s 19 year career has seen him work as an associate at Linklaters in London and in the investment banking division of Standard Bank for five years, first as senior legal counsel and later as vice-president legal.
