Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has rolled out a new and permanent “Dynamic Working Policy” that provides partners and staff with five working models, ranging from on-site, off-site and hybrid options.

The policy, announced Saturday, will take effect in March 2021, when the firm’s current work-from-home arrangement is due to end. The “Dynamic Work Policy” is applicable to all of Cyril Amarchand’s staff members, who will have approximately 30 working days to make their selection.
