Taylor Wessing partners have voted in favour of an overhaul of the firm’s U.K. partnership structure which will add a new layer of junior fixed-equity partners.

The firm previously confirmed in August that it was consulting its partnership about the changes, which required a 75% majority to be enacted. The new proposals will now apply to the firm’s incoming partner cohort, after the most recent promotions were delayed earlier this year
