Top state aid lawyers at Shearman & Sterling, Clifford Chance and DWF are among a host to have written to U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson to offer assistance in establishing a subsidy regime following the U.K.’s exit from the European Union.

The list of 13 signatories was co-penned by Shearman & Sterling antitrust partner James Webber and DWF legal director Alexander Rose, who is based in the firm’s Newcastle office.
