Willkie Farr & Gallagher has hired a corporate partner from U.S. rival Weil, Gotshal & Manges to its Frankfurt office, the firm has announced.
Kamyar Abrar joins Willkie after nearly a decade at Weil, the firm said in a statement. At Weil, Abrar was head of the firm’s German antitrust practice, with a focus on private equity and M&A transactions.
