HSF and BCLP Lead on Major Real Estate Sale in London's West End

Herbert Smith Freehills and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner have taken the lead roles on a major real estate investment focused on London’s West End, as the market continues to face an uncertain future amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

West End real estate firm Covent Garden landlord Capital & Counties (Capco) has agreed to acquire a stake in rival firm Shaftesbury for £436 million.
