Lefosse Advogados, an independent Brazilian law firm, has added a new partner to its corporate group.
Gonçalo Capela Godinho, who has 20 years’ experience in high-end mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, comes to the firm from Demarest Advogados, where he was developing a Brazilian mergers and acquisitions practice in New York. He brings with him Nuno Faria, who joins Lefosse as counsel.
