Eversheds Sutherland and RPC have become the latest international firms to uproot their Hong Kong offices in the city’s Central business district and move east to Quarry Bay.

Both firms are relocating from Central – the most expensive office location in the world – to One Taikoo Place, a 48-storey triple Grade-A office tower in Quarry Bay, which was completed earlier this year.
