Clients rate quality of service delivery as highly as legal advice according to a survey of 900 general counsel and other procurers of legal services, which found value for money is less of a priority.

The preliminary findings of Legal Week Intelligence’s flagship annual research project – the Best Legal Advisers Report, previously known as the Client Satisfaction Report – also reveal a striking lack of interest among GCs in the recent trend for law firms to establish low cost legal centres.
