Weil Gotshal & Manges, Allen & Overy and Slaughter and May have all won roles advising as listed marketing company Chime Communications is sold to a group of private equity investors.

The sports-focused marketing and communications firm, which counts Lord Coe as one of its directors, will be bought by a consortium of investors led by private equity firm Providence Equity Partners and advertising agency WPP Group for around £374m.
