Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has hiked all of its junior salaries at every level for the 2015-16 financial year by up to 10% with newly qualified (NQ) lawyers’ pay rising above that on offer at rival Linklaters.

HSF’s NQ lawyers’ salaries have increased by 6.2% to £69,000 in 2015-16, up from £65,000 the year before.
