Legal Week Intelligence has received a record number of responses to the 2014 Client Satisfaction Survey.
More than 1300 global companies responded to the survey including over 80% of the FTSE 100. The majority of respondents were general counsel, legal directors or heads of legal services as well as CEOs and Finance Directors. Clients expressed their views on top client partners, cost, service delivery/responsiveness, use of IT, personal/partner relationships, advice quality and use of legal process outsourcing.
