The UK's first accounting firm to be officially recognised to operate as an alternative business structure (ABS) has been revealed, reports Legal Week sister title Accountancy Age. Price Bailey, which has three offices in London and bases in Bishop's Stortford, Ely, Cambridge, Norwich and Guernsey, has been awarded ABS status by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
