Work/life balance is an issue that regularly rears its head as companies look at measures to – let's face it – prevent their staff taking unauthorised sick leave and improve their retention rates. But if you set out to question whether senior in-house lawyers have a good work/life balance, or ask what a good even balance is, you are opening a can of worms.
