Linklaters has picked up a lead role advising a committee of lenders in relation to restructuring talks over Yellow Pages publisher Hibu's £2.2bn debt pile. City banking partner trio Chris Howard, Bruce Bell and Yen Sum are advising the creditors' steering committee which was finalised earlier this month. Debt holders in Hibu include a fund running the personal wealth of George Soros and his foundation and longstanding Linklaters' client Royal Bank of Scotland, with the magic circle firm confirming its position as a regular adviser to several committee members.
