“My husband has been offered a job in the Silicon Valley, and we are now considering moving there next year and staying for a couple of years.
“This summer I should obtain a 2.1 GDL from BPP in London. I have been studying part-time while working in-house in the legal department of an investment bank. By 2013 I will have more than 3.5 years of legal experience, but will not be qualified. I would have a family visa so will originally not be able to work, but could study, and I can get my visa changed so that I can work.
