Eversheds has seen 38 partners resign from its limited liability partnership (LLP) since May - equating to around 11% of its partnership, as it stood at the beginning of the current financial year. The top 10 law firm, which had 332 partners on 1 May, has seen 38 partners step down from the LLP since that date, with 35 of these leaving altogether. Only three have remained with the firm as consultants.
