Taylor Wessing has bolstered its City real estate practice with the hire of White & Case partner Lorraine Ufland. Ufland, who joined the US firm in 2003 from LG, will start working at Taylor Wessing later this month, taking the real estate partner count to 13. Her hire marks the firm’s first lateral partner appointment since November 2008, when it hired insurance partner Anthony Menzies from Clyde & Co.
