“I recently graduated from the Open University with a first-class LLB, achieved while working a full-time job. I also have several years’ experience of managing a large team and I speak Spanish and Mandarin.

“However, my A-level results of 12 years ago were pretty bad. In fact, they were dreadful. Will my lack of UCAS points mean that my training contract applications are automatically rejected by City firms? Are there any City firms which do not automatically screen for A-level results?”
